Use the brief
- Read README and inspect Example.
- Save a dated copy of Blank and set the event/currency.
- Copy figures from your own reviewed budget and statement.
- Manually update all totals, repeated figures, variance and sentences.
- Resolve every bracketed field, check evidence, save and reopen.
The slides do not calculate or synchronize. Changing a cell does not update another field. Check arithmetic outside PowerPoint and keep unknown amounts visible.
Software and licence
Tested in Microsoft PowerPoint for Windows 16.0 build 20527: native editing, full blank-to-example entry, save-close-reopen and a second manual update. Mac, mobile, Google Slides and PDF export have not been tested. Software subscriptions are separate.
The included licence permits one organization to reuse the template for its own work, including paid workshops, and share completed non-editable reports. Editable source redistribution and resale are prohibited.
Underlying calculations
This free brief communicates records you already reviewed. The optional Workshop Budget and Booking Reconciliation Workbook provides separate editable Excel files for ticket planning and order-level refund, fee and incurred-cost reconciliation. Paid Excel source files are not included here.
