Using this website
You must provide accurate information, use the website lawfully and be able to enter into a binding agreement in your location. You are responsible for keeping your account and download access secure.
Digital products and delivery
TemplateBase sells digital products only. After successful payment, access is normally provided on the confirmation page, in your account and through the order email. No physical product will be shipped.
Product information
Each listing describes included files, supported software and relevant specifications. Preview images are illustrative. Colors and fonts may display differently depending on your device and software.
Prices, payments and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by PayPal or another method shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be calculated from your location and checkout information.
License and refunds
Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive license described on our License page. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share editable source files. Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refunds are limited as explained in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
TemplateBase and its original designs, guidance, graphics and source files remain protected by intellectual-property laws. Purchasing does not transfer ownership of the underlying template or brand.
Prohibited conduct
You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse download links, copy store content at scale, use products unlawfully or violate third-party rights.
Availability and limitation
We may improve or discontinue products and features and correct pricing or description errors. To the extent permitted by law, TemplateBase is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, unstated software incompatibility or changes made by third-party platforms. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
