Download help
From checkout to editing in a few steps.
1. Complete your order
After a successful payment, the order confirmation page will show your download. A link is also available in My Account and may be included in the order email.
2. Download and unzip
Save the ZIP file to your computer, then extract it before opening the included source files. Mobile devices may need a file-management app.
3. Open the correct app
- PowerPoint: open the included .pptx in Microsoft PowerPoint or another compatible presentation app.
- Canva-compatible: upload the included .pptx to Canva, then review fonts and spacing before editing.
- Notion import kits: import the included CSV files into Notion as databases and follow the setup guide for relations or formulas.
Common questions
I cannot see my download.
Check that payment completed successfully, then visit My Account → Downloads. If the order is still processing, refresh after a few minutes.
Can I receive a different file format?
Available formats are listed on each product page. Contact support before purchasing if you need a format that is not listed.
Fonts or spacing look different.
Install the recommended fonts or replace them with a close alternative. Cross-platform text rendering can cause small spacing changes, especially after Canva import.
