Template license

Create freely. Do not resell the source.

Every TemplateBase purchase includes a commercial-use license for one purchaser or one internal team.

You may

• Edit colors, type, imagery, layout and copy.
• Use finished designs in your own business or client work.
• Export and share finished PDFs, images, presentations and campaign assets.
• Create multiple end products for the same purchaser or internal team.

You may not

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the editable source files.
• Upload the source files to template marketplaces, stock libraries or public download sites.
• Claim the unmodified template design as your own original template product.
• Use included placeholders, trademarks or third-party assets without checking their own license.

Client work

You may use a template to produce a finished deliverable for a client. The client may use the finished deliverable, but the editable template source may not be transferred for resale or redistribution.
