Northline Studio and Harbor Workshop are fictional. Their five-page website-copy project shows how the three tools fit together. The figures illustrate the workflow; they are not suggested rates or promised results.
1. Agree the work
The client kit records the five-page scope, named approver, review rounds and handoff inventory.
2. Record what was paid
The billing example separates USD 4,950 issued, USD 4,125 received and USD 825 overdue.
3. Review the work left
The profit example combines 30 hours worked with 26 still expected. The cash plan separately shows when receipts are expected.
The workbooks do not synchronise. A shared walkthrough explains the handoffs; you update your own records manually.
Check your software before choosing.
- Client kit: Microsoft PowerPoint on desktop. Editable text and tables, with static PDF versions.
- Billing and profit kits: Microsoft Excel on desktop. PDF billing forms need a reader with form support and do not calculate.
- All kits: English content. Software subscriptions are separate. There is no native Canva link, automatic bank feed or client portal.
Before you buy
Do I need all three kits?
No. Choose the client kit for communication documents, the billing kit for quotes and payment records, or the profit and cash kit for delivery-cost and cash-timing review. They are separate products and each can be used on its own. Read each product’s file list before buying.
Can a designer or photographer use these?
The communication structure can be adapted to another creative service. The completed example is specifically a website-copy project. Rewrite the deliverables, review steps, file types and service promises to match your work. The supplied sample website-copy files named in its handoff inventory are illustrative and are not included client deliverables.
How do I receive the files?
After payment, open the download in your order to access the ZIP on Google Drive. Open START-HERE.pdf first. Keep a clean copy of the blank source files. See Download Help if you need access guidance.
Can I use the templates for client projects?
A purchasing studio may use finished documents under its own brand for client work. A purchase covers one brand or organisation. Editable source access for another client brand requires a separate licence. The files may not be resold or publicly shared. Read the store licence and the included LICENSE.txt.
