Version 1.0. Plan a manual follow-up date before a renewal. This complete small task is separate from financial renewal-cohort analysis.
Renewal_Followup_Calendar.xlsx contains Blank and Example sheets. Both are editable. The example has four entirely fictional records. This HTML guide, README.txt and LICENSE.txt complete the package.
Use real date-only Excel dates in 2000–2100. Lead days must be a whole number from 0 to 3650; a genuine zero is allowed, a blank is not. IDs must be nonempty text, unique within the sheet and have no outer spaces or *, ? or ~ characters. A future or zero completion date is flagged.
A renewal on November 10, 2026 with a 30-calendar-day lead has an October 11 follow-up date. At the October 22 check it is Overdue if no completion date is recorded. An October 20 completion makes it Complete. The calendar does not send a message or verify the action.
Each sheet has 10 prepared event rows, 7–16. Extend formulas and formatting yourself before adding rows beyond that range. Calendar days include weekends and holidays. Lead days express your follow-up plan, not a legal cancellation/notice period; inspect actual agreement requirements separately.
Microsoft Excel is intended. Artifact Tool recalculation and export/reimport checks were performed. Native Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice and Apple Numbers were not tested. No macros, CRM integration, calendar sync, email automation or retention/revenue metrics are included.
For a multi-event renewal-value review, see Customer Renewal Cohort Workbook. For the method, see the renewal-rate worked guide. The local calendar works independently of the website.
